Men frequently feel the need to keep their emotions in check, believing that vulnerability is a sign of weakness. We build emotional walls to shield ourselves from potential pain, rejection, or disappointment. However, in doing so, we inadvertently close ourselves off from love, understanding, and genuine connection with others.
To break down these emotional walls, practice vulnerability in safe and supportive environments. Share your thoughts, feelings, and fears with trusted friends or family members.
